H1N1 Vaccination Clinics - Lodi
************************************UPDATE: 3/08/2010************************************
12/16/09: Due to the recall of the preservative free vaccine for children 6 months to 35 months of age, our current supplies include only vaccine with preservatives. Patients under the age of 3 can receive vaccine with preservatives, but parents must be counseled, in person, by the physician. An office visit is therefore required for patients 6 months to 35 months.
12/14/09: We lifted the requirement that SGMF patients meet the CDC criteria for receiving the H1N1 vaccine. Any SGMF patient 6 months of age or older can now receive an H1N1 vaccination.
