Sutter Gould Medical Foundation's mission is to "enhance the health and well-being of people in the communities we serve, through a not-for-profit commitment to compassion and excellence in health care services."

We strive to achieve that mission every day in the following ways:

• By providing high-quality health care in care centers located close to where you work and live.
• By providing a comprehensive medical library that is free and open to the entire community.
• By offering health education classes covering topics including nutrition, diabetes and heart health.
• By conducting clinical research studies to discover new methods of improving health care.
