The city of Ceres is located in the central San Joaquin Valley, about 80 miles south of Sacramento and 95 miles east of San Francisco in the heart of Stanislaus County. Ceres is one of the central valley’s richest and most diverse agricultural areas and is the home of the new $14 million county Agricultural Center. Ceres is a growing community with a heartfelt commitment to retaining its small neighborhood personality.

Lodi
The city of Lodi has a population of over 64,000, located in San Joaquin County about 30 minutes south of Sacramento, California. Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe are an hour and a half away while Yosemite is only two hours to the south. Because of its central location, Lodi is an increasingly popular exurb for commuters from Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay areas. Lodi’s downtown has recently been renovated with charming brick streets and a variety of shops, restaurants and two local breweries.
Lodi is best known as a center of wine production and in recent years has become increasingly respected for its Zinfandel wine and varietals. Nearby Woodbridge is the home of famous Robert Mondavi winery, Mondavi Woodbridge.

Los Banos
The City of Los Banos, California is a municipality located in western Merced County in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. Los Banos is a growing city of 35,000 residents that is proudly holding on to a real, small-town atmosphere. Surrounded on all sides by open space, reservoirs, creeks and state and federal wildlife preserves, this pleasant “little” city offers its residents a great deal of opportunity for fun and recreation.

Modesto
Modesto, population 210,000, is located in the heart of California’s central San Joaquin Valley, about 70 miles south of Sacramento and about 2 hours drive from San Francisco Bay. Surrounded by fertile farmlands that produce dairy products, fruits, nuts, and other resources for the county, Modesto is a small town at heart, with a growing population that appreciates the escape from the larger urban area nearby.
Modesto also enjoys the Central Valley's beautiful new performing arts venue -- the Gallo Center for the Arts.
Roughly equidistant from Bay Area, Sacramento, and Yosemite National Park, Modesto is uniquely close to many of California’s famous destinations.

Patterson
Patterson is a rural small town surrounded by agricultural land located in Stanislaus County. The town has a population of over 20,000 people, known as the “Apricot Capital of the World”. Patterson continues to take pride in rich heritage while promoting balanced growth in a Well Panned Community.

Stockton
The City of Stockton is one of California’s fastest growing communities. It is the 13th largest city in California with a dynamic, multi-ethnic and multi-cultural population of over 260,000. Stockton is within close proximity to world famous scenic attractions including California Coast, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park. Stockton was recently voted the “Best Tree City” in the western United States and with over 100,000 trees it's easy and enjoyable to get lost in the foliage.
Stockton is located at the junction of I-5 and Highway 4 just 83 miles east of San Francisco.

Tracy
Tracy is a growing community of nearly 85.000 in the beautiful Central San Joaquin Valley. Just 60 miles east of San Francisco, Tracy provides easy access to points north, south and east via interstate freeways. Tracy is a thriving, commercial and residential community based on well–planned growth and progress. The quality of life is demonstrated in Tracy’s “small town” yet bustling atmosphere, numerous beautiful parks, open spaces, attractive landscaping and arterial streets throughout the City. In the heart of California’s central valley, Turlock is the second largest city in Stanislaus County with population of over 70,000 people. Home of California State University Stanislaus, Turlock provides an unusual opportunity to combine a quality learning environment with relaxed rural living. Turlock is about 12 miles south of Modesto.
