Heart Smart
Two classes designed to help lower your blood cholesterol/triglycerides. Learn about fats, label reading, eating out and more. A family member is encouraged to attend.

H.E.A.T. Heart Education and Training
Heart Education And Training H.E.A.T. seminars are a series of free lectures on various cardiovascular health issues. Continuing education credits are available.
