New Tracy Care Center
Sutter Gould Medical Foundation will begin construction of the new Tracy Care Center located adjacent to Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Sutter Gould Medical Foundation patients will have the convenience of accessing all their Gould Medical Group providers at one location, instead of three current sites in Tracy.

Sutter Health is responding to the implications of healthcare reform, placing strong emphasis on expanding its integrated network of physicians and clinics. Along with the purchase of Eaton Medical Plaza and the new facility in Turlock, SGMF is continuing the development of plans for other new care centers in the region, ensuring quality and affordable care for all of the communities we serve.
The new building will be located on Eaton Avenue at the current Eaton Medical Center Plaza site.

History of SGMF in Tracy:
Sutter Gould Medical Foundation (SGMF) started providing medical services to the residents of Tracy in 1996 with the construction of the care center on Grant Line Road. Currently, SGMF has three locations in Tracy. All services wil be moved to the new patient care center when it opens. Sutter Health and SGMF are committed to investing in outpatient care services throughout the Central Valley.
