We have two full-time physicians with over 30 years of combined occupational health experience, and a staff dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Treating work-related injuries 24 hours a day
(in conjunction with Memorial Medical Center), SGMF Occupational Health Services offers:

•In-house x-ray, CT scan & laboratories
•Established pre-authorization procedures
•Return-to-work programs
•After-hour injuries reported to company
•Orthopedic surgeons readily available for emergencies
•Established relationships with workers' compensation carriers
Offering pre-employment physicals
(physical strength tests, audiograms, pulmonary tests, TB testing, lab tests, etc.)
•Drug testing (including DOT & non-DOT)
•Certified Medical Review Officer
•Extensive physical therapy services
•Medical surveillance programs
•DMV exams
•Maino Community Health Library (free educational information)
